2. Services
SkyFlyZone acts as an travel agency arranging tours, flights, hotels, and related services through third-party suppliers. We are not the direct provider of transport, accommodation, or guide services unless explicitly stated.
3. Pricing
Demo prices displayed on our website are indicative and subject to change based on travel dates, group size, and availability. A binding price is confirmed only upon written quote acceptance and deposit payment.
4. Bookings & Payments
A deposit is required to confirm most bookings. Full payment terms are provided in your personalised quote. Failure to pay by the stated deadline may result in cancellation and forfeiture of deposit.
5. Liability
SkyFlyZone is not liable for events beyond our reasonable control, including flight delays, natural disasters, or changes in visa policy. Our liability is limited to the value of services booked through us, except where prohibited by law.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
