Standard Cancellation Terms

Cancellation terms vary by tour and supplier. The policy below applies unless your personalised quote specifies otherwise.

• More than 60 days before departure: Full refund minus administrative fee (typically £50 per booking).
• 31–60 days before departure: 50% refund of total tour cost.
• 15–30 days before departure: 25% refund of total tour cost.
• Less than 15 days before departure: No refund.

Non-Refundable Items

Flights, visa fees, timed-entry tickets, and special event tickets are typically non-refundable once issued. These will be identified in your quote before payment.

Force Majeure

In cases of government travel restrictions, natural disasters, or other events beyond reasonable control, SkyFlyZone will work with suppliers to reschedule or offer credit where refunds are not available from third parties.

How to Cancel

Submit cancellation requests in writing via our contact page, quoting your booking reference. Refunds are processed within 14 business days of supplier confirmation.
